Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Overview

1. Items excluding evening & function wear, hats, accessories & evening bags may be returned within 7 days for a credit or refund provided the tags are intact and the items have not been worn, used, or damaged. This will be at the discretion of appointed Don Marco representative.
2. Items must be returned in the original packaging where possible with the price tag intact.
3. Returning the items for a credit or refund is the responsibility of the buyer and remains their responsibility until the goods are received back by a Don Marco company representative.
4. Items being returned must be accompanied by your tax invoice or proof of purchase. No credits, exchanges or refunds will be considered without it.
5. Refunds are processed by EFT within 5 working days.
6. Sale items are non-refundable
7. Strictly no returns for evening & function wear, hats, accessories & evening bags under any circumstances.
8. Defective merchandise outside point 7 will be dealt with in line with CPA guidelines.
