Overview

1. No returns or exchanges after 7 days from the date of purchase, excluding defective merchandise which will be dealt with in line with CPA guidelines.
2. Please examine the merchandise carefully for any marks or faults.
3. Please retain your cash slip as proof of purchase- no credits or exchanges will be considered without it.
4. Goods bought on sale or at a discount are strictly not refundable under any circumstances.
5. Strictly no returns for evening & function wear, hats, accessories & evening bags under any circumstances.
6. Please take note that EU sizing and South African sizing are not the same – please consult our convenient sizing table for reference.
